Cambridge University Air Squadron (CUAS)

Fancy learning to fly, improve your skiing, undertaking overseas expeditions or doing a parachute jump for free? Look no further, Cambridge University Air Squadron (CUAS) has opened its recruiting for next year and we offer all this plus much, much more. In addition to the flying training, varied sports and adventurous training opportunities, the unit dedicates a lot of its time to offering leadership and management training in a military environment.

Check out our facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/CambridgeUAS) and webpage (http://www.raf.mod.uk/cambridgeuas/) to see what we have been up to recently. CUAS provides the perfect introduction if you are considering an RAF career but there is no obligation whatsoever to join. The leadership and personal development skills you will gain from your time on the squadron will be beneficial for any career path and at the same time you can gain qualifications in a range of activities from sailing and climbing to first aid. CUAS is a truly unique organisation offering unparalleled opportunity; if you’re interested in bringing a little adventure to your life, get involved today!

If you’d like to learn more about all the fantastic opportunities open to you on CUAS, come along to our Open Day Garden Event on Wednesday 19th June at 2 Chaucer Road, CB2 7EB. We will also have stalls at Freshers Fair in October.
