Education Society Cambridge (ESC)
‘Educational reform – political change or inspirational leaders?’
Friday 2nd November, Boys Smith Room, Fisher Building, St Johns.
If you’re interested in Educational policy and reform, don’t miss the
chance to hear from these two pioneering speakers.
Louise Soden is the Senior Education Advisor to the DfE and has had a
long career in Education. She has worked extensively for Her Majesty’s
Inspectorate and for Labour and Conservative education ministers as an
educational policy advisor.
Max Heimendorf, the youngest head teacher in the country, whose
radical, unconventional and dynamic approach to school reform has seen
KSA (a school with three times the national average on free school
meals) labeled the future of Education in England.
Wine will be served from 6.45.
After the event we will be heading to The Punter (at the back of
John’s) for drinks with our speakers.
